Asolarstation Warranty Policy

This policy is written to be clear and transparent. If anything is unclear, please contact us for confirmation before purchase.

1) Warranty Coverage (Manufacturing Defects Only)

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Covered issues may include (as applicable):

  • Battery or battery management system (BMS) malfunction not caused by misuse

  • Charging or discharging system failure

  • Internal component defects

  • Display, control panel, or built-in port malfunction (AC / DC / USB)

  • Solar panel performance issues not caused by physical damage or improper use

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.asolarstation.com or from Asolarstation-authorized sales channels with valid proof of purchase.

2) What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover (including but not limited to):

  • Accidents, drops, impact, misuse, abuse, or improper operation

  • Water/liquid damage, corrosion, or use in extreme environments outside normal use

  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair

  • Use with incompatible chargers/cables/solar panels or third-party accessories

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)

  • Force majeure (fire, flood, lightning, storms, etc.)

  • Second-hand/unauthorized purchases, or missing/invalid proof of purchase

  • Incorrect installation/wiring, or use outside stated specifications

Note: Normal battery capacity aging over time is not considered a defect.

3) Warranty Period

  • Portable Power Stations: 12 months

  • Solar Panels: 12 months

  • Accessories (cables/adapters/etc.): 12 months

The warranty period starts from the delivery date shown on the carrier tracking record.

4) How to Request Warranty Service (RMA Required)

Please contact us first to obtain return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Please provide: order number; model/serial (if available); issue description; photos/videos; your return shipping address.
Typical response time: within 1 business day (business hours apply).

5) Remedy

Depending on the issue and stock availability, we may offer a reasonable solution such as repair, replacement, parts, or an equivalent alternative.

  • Within 30 days of delivery: we may offer replacement or an equivalent solution where appropriate

  • After 30 days: repair/parts/replacement may apply depending on the case

6) Shipping Costs

For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will cover reasonable shipping costs as agreed in the RMA instructions.
For non-warranty cases (or if the issue is not confirmed as a manufacturing defect), you may be responsible for shipping, handling, inspection, or other related costs.

7) Additional Notes

  • This warranty is provided to the original purchaser (unless otherwise required by law).

  • Replacement or repaired units continue the remaining warranty period; the warranty term does not restart.
